Label Style

You can use this tool to create a label style. Besides text, a label style may include all kinds of design elements (e.g., lines, circles etc.). You can also associate label styles with attributes such as occupancy or floor area.

Reports

You can use this tool to generate reports of architectural elements, objects and 3D solids with architectural attributes. Reports can be sent to the printer and imported as PDF files.

Reports are used for analyzing data in Allplan. They are saved as templates in RDLC format.

Reports can be printed, placed as PDF files in documents and exported to Excel and other formats.
You can change the layout of reports and save the result as a new template.

Legend

You can use this tool to create legends for objects and architectural components. The legends are placed in the (drawing) file. Legends can update automatically (depending on the settings you make).

You can use this tool to rename, copy or delete individual label styles and legends or entire files thereof.

Modify Legends

You can use this tool to modify legends. To change default legends, copy them to the Office path first.

Convert Office Lists

You can use this tool to convert lists from earlier Allplan versions to reports in RDLC format.

"Lists" are the lists and schedules from earlier Allplan versions. They consist of Allplan elements. Lists were combined in folders and saved in a proprietary Allplan format.

They are no longer available in Allplan 2013. You can convert custom office lists to the RDL format of the new reports; however, they have to be adjusted before you can use them.

Modify Reports

You can use this tool to modify report templates.

Replace Label Style

You can use this tool to replace one or more label styles of the same type with another label style.
Note: You can only replace label styles consisting of one foil or label styles whose foils can be selected together.

Change Text Parameters

You can use this tool to modify the text parameters of a legend cell or of text.
