Legend
You can use the Legend tool to create legends for objects and architectural components. These legends are always derived from the active drawing files or NDW file and placed in the active document. This tool takes into account the current drawing file and all drawing files open in edit mode as well as all elements on modifiable layers.
Legends can update automatically (depending on the setting you make).
