Checking factor and component height

Corrupt architectural elements

If the total of architectural elements such as Room, Floor or Wall is zero (in labels, reports or area calculations), please check the factor and component height you have set.

For example, in the case of a room with a component height of zero or a factor of zero, the geometry is always calculated by multiplying it by zero. Thus, the result is always zero.

In certain circumstances, we would recommend you to explicitly assign the component the factor 1or a height other than zero.

Make use of one of the following options:

• Modifying element properties using the shortcut menu
• Change Archit. Properties
• Apply Archit. Component Properties
• Redefine Rooms, Surfaces, Stories
