To modify a label style

1. Click Label Style (How).
   

   Activate Label Style in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Smart Symbols

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   Smart Symbols

   Rooms, Surfaces, Stories

   Landscaping

   Urban Planning

   Object Manager

   • Configuration: Architecture Rooms flyout
2. In the input options, click Read. Select a label style in the file and place it.
3. In the input options, click Modify to change the view and attributes of the label style placed in the workspace.
4. Click an element in the label style that you want to modify.
   The following options are presented on the context toolbar:
   • You can change the text parameters.
   • Use Adjust to specify whether the size and height/width ratio of the attribute text is to be adjusted to the scale.
   • Use Format to assign or modify formats
   • Use Unit to assign or change the unit specifications
   • Use Prefix to enter a prefix for the attribute
   • Use Border to apply a border to the attribute
   • Use Info to get information on an attribute which you can then change, if required
   • You can use Delete to delete elements in the label style without quitting the tool.
   • You can use Move to move elements in the label style without quitting the tool.
5. Define the label style.
   • Defining a label style with one foil (independent of reference scale or drawing type)
   • Defining a label style with several foils (dependent on the reference scale or drawing type) that changes with the reference scale or drawing type
