Module(s): Bar Reinforcement

You can use the Enter tool to define the bar's bending shape. After defining general parameters like the mark number, diameter, steel grade, whether or not a schema is to be created, and the hook angles, the selected bending shape adapts to the concrete covers in the general arrangement.

To assign bar parameters and enter bending shapes

  1. Click Enter (How).
  2. On the Enter Context toolbar, select a bending shape to define it.
  3. Enter the geometry of the bending shape.
  4. If you are working in Reinforce with 3D model mode and you have not yet created any views, you must select the view so as to assign the basic spatial orientation and create a view.
If views already exist, click one (the Old button is active in the input options) and continue working in it. However, you can also create a new view (the New button is active in the input options) and create a new reinforcement cage with this view.
  5. Select the Automatic mark number option in the input options if the program is to create the mark number at the beginning or end of the label depending on the drop-in point specified and define the Anchor point of the label, if necessary.
  6. Specify the label parameters, place the label of the definition bar (you can define the text angle in advance) and create the leader manually, if necessary.
    Or
    Skip labeling by pressing ESC.
  7. To immediately place the bar you just created, select a placing mode.
