Module(s): Shell

The Shell module contains tools for creating self-updating views and sections for 3D general arrangement drawings and for reinforcement drawings drawn in the shell entity created with the 3D model being selected. Any changes made to the placed reinforcement are automatically updated in all the views and sections. Number off management is fully automatic.

The reinforcement methods are important when it comes to creating reinforcement drawings.

When the general arrangement drawing is three-dimensional, you can use or convert the 3D geometry to create a shell entity, from which you can derive views and sections before or after placing reinforcement with the 3D model being selected (cf. Method 1).

This module does not include tools for drawing a reinforcement drawing based on a two-dimensional shell drawing (cf. Method 2 and Method 3). When you place reinforcement with the 3D model being selected, associative views and sections are created automatically.
