Additional tips for resolving printing problems

• Try to resolve the problem by consulting the documentation accompanying your printer.
• Check the Windows Help (click Start on the task bar and then Help and Support).
• The operating system’s help folder (e.g. D:\windows\help) contains a file called printing.chm or similar. Open it. It contains additional information on printing with specific printers.
