Listing, editing layout window elements (overview)

To list documents in layout windows

1. Click Modify Layout Window (How).
   

   Activate Modify Layout Window in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Change Layout

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Layout

2. Click List, edit layout window elements.
3. Click a layout window.
4. The dialog box provides information on the documents contained in the layout window.
   

   Allplan displays the following information. You can modify some data.

   • Drawing file number or number of the NDW file and document type
   • Drawing file name or path of the NDW file
   • Associated layout window
   • Scale and angle used for placing the elements in the layout
   • Print set and drawing type
   • Font factor
   • Superordinate pen, line and color defined
   • Display of surface elements
   • Text direction

   Every document assigned is listed separately. When you have selected the Sequence as in layout option, the sequence reflects the one in which the documents were added. In other words, the document at the top prints last and hides the other documents.

5. If necessary, edit the layout elements, and click OK to confirm the settings.
