Using print profiles
Print profile tab

You can save the settings of the Print profile tab directly as a print profile.

To create or modify a print profile

• You must be logged in as the administrator or as a user with administrator privileges.

1. Select the Print Layouts (How) or Export HPGL File, Bitmap File (How) tool.
   

   Activate Export HPGL File, Bitmap File in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Layout

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Layout

   

   Activate Print Layouts in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Layout

   • Toolbar: Basic Tools Layout flyout
   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Assembling layouts

2. Select the Print profile tab.
3. In the Print settings area, select the Use print profile option and choose the print profile file you want to use as a template.
4. Define the required settings and click Save print profile.
5. Enter a new name for the file or use an existing one.
