Using Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution (How), layouts can be exported from Allplan in different formats, saved locally and distributed to project partners using the Allplan Exchange Web web platform. You can define specific settings, such as file formats, layout filters and messages for each project partner who is to receive the layouts.

In addition, you can define and manage the layout attributes and project attributes of the current project (see "Assigning attributes to layouts" and "Assigning attributes to projects").
