Requirements

Stories entered with the Story tool in the Rooms, Surfaces, Stories module.
Attributes assigned using the DIN277, Land Act tab, which you can open by clicking Properties in the Story tool.
For the Building cost report, it is important that you assign the b or m area type. You can make this setting in the DIN277 attributes area of the DIN277, Land Act tab which you can open by clicking Properties in the Story tool.
Additional parameters can be specified in the Area Calculation, Application dialog box such as an amount to subtract for plaster or the calculation mode.
The entries you make for the area of plot, costs per m3 etc. in the Data for Building Application Lists dialog box (at bottom right) are taken into account.
