Slope and Pierce 3D Surface

3D QuickSketch

You can use this tool to create a new 3D solid based on an existing surface of a 3D solid with inclined sides. Start drawing a closed outline. Then, this outline is assigned a height in positive or negative direction and depending on this direction, the outline is merged with or subtracted from the 3D solid. The sides are sloped so that an angle of 45 degrees can be found at the flattest side.
