Color Comparison of FEA Results after Reinforcement

Three special windows are displayed in the workspace:

The AS-XSI window:

The required reinforcement as a consequence of the FEA results in the XSI direction is shown here. Each newly inserted reinforcement is added immediately to the required reinforcement amount.

When this inserted reinforcement matches the geometrical location of the FEA results and the reinforcement direction, the system calculates the reinforcement still required based on the difference between the previous requirement and the reinforcement just inserted.

The AS-ETA window:

The required reinforcement as a consequence of the FEA results in the ETA direction is shown here. Each newly inserted reinforcement is added immediately to the required reinforcement amount.

When this inserted reinforcement matches the geometrical location of the FEA results and the reinforcement direction, the system calculates the reinforcement still required based on the difference between the previous requirement and the reinforcement just inserted.

The AS-Info window:

The current values of the selected FEA reinforcement situation are shown here.

• The section Weight to display the entire weight of all the reinforcement already placed
• The section Max. As to display the maximum required bar cross-section for the reinforcement directions XSI and ETA
• The section Parameters to show once again in abbreviated form the settings in the Update FEA Reinforcement.
• The section Area to display the color assigned to the individual cross-sectional areas.
