Define this bending shape as follows:

1. You can define the bending shape in two ways :
   • By entering the desired coordinates (dX, dY, dZ) manually or
   • By clicking the desired component edges.
2. While entering the bending shape, the following tools are provided. You can use these to manipulate the individual bending radii:
   • - displays the bending radius in angular mode.
   • - displays the bending radius in real mode.
   • Current bending pin - controls the diameter of the bending pin.

     Note: When you select a bending pin diameter that is not in accordance with the standard, the bending shape always appears smooth. You cannot change it to angular. Furthermore, the bending shape automatically appears smooth when the Display bending pin option is active in the Options, Reinforcement, Representation page, Bar reinforcement area.
     You can use the Modify Bar Display Mode tool to modify standard bending pins displayed in angular mode later.

3. Press ESC to finish entering points.
4. Confirm or change the length of the first segment.
5. Confirm or change the length of the last segment.
   

Note: If you cancel after having entered a dZ value, you can create a spatially symmetrical bar when the message
Develop Symmetry - Yes/No
is displayed.
