Bent Bar for Shear Reinforcement

The approach for entering the various bent-up bars is more or less identical:

1. Click in the workspace to identify the first corner of the component.
2. Click in the workspace to identify the second, diagonally-opposite corner of the component.
3. Place the end and bending points according to the selected bending shape and desired location.
4. = Simple bent bar
   = Double bent bar
   = Quadruple bent bar
   
   The following options are provided to help you:
   • before in order for the reference values to be applied before the bending point
   • after in order for the reference values to be applied after the bending point
   • Enter Angle to enter the angle of the bent-up segment manually
   • the 45 deg and 60 deg buttons in the Input options to assign these default angles for the angle of the bent-up bar segment
