To enter a 3D surface delimited by a spline

To enter a 3D spline surface

1. Click 3D Surface (How).
   

   Activate 3D Surface in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools 3D Modeling

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   3D Modeling

   • Configuration: Design Basic 3D Elements flyout
2. Click 3D Spline Surface on the 3D Surface Context toolbar.
3. Using the input options, specify the Number of points in segment (between two spline control points of the spline).
4. Enter the start point of the spline surface.
5. Enter the other control points or the outline of the spline surface.

   The program creates cycloidal curves between the control points.

   Tip: Using Back you can undo as many steps as you want.

6. Press ESC to finish.

   The spline surface is created based on the control points.
