Select Pattern

Pattern Definition

You can use the Select Pattern tool to load a pattern for editing.

To load a pattern for editing

1. Click Select Pattern (How).
   

   Activate Select Pattern in one of the following ways

   • Palette: Tools Modify area in the following module(s):

   Pattern defaults

2. In the Select Pattern dialog box, click the pattern you want to define or modify.

   If you have selected a defined pattern, an element of this pattern is displayed in the workspace and you can edit it there. If you have selected a pattern that has not been defined yet, an empty border is displayed.
