Grid on/off

You can use Grid on/off to display the grid that you defined with Grid Settings.

• The grid is only displayed in plan view.

To display the grid on screen

• Click Grid on/off (How).
  

  Activate Grid on/off in one of the following ways

  • Menu bar: View

  • Toolbar: Special

Note: You can use the dots in the grid as an aid for precision drafting when the point snap option Gridpoints is active in the Point Entry Options. Gridpoints are snapped even when grid is not displayed.

Note: When the display scale is set to a meaningless value, the dots in the grid will appear in a different color to indicate this state.
