Use Plot

In the Report Viewer, Parameters palette, User Interaction area, you can show the characteristics (Building method, Roof, Number of full stories, SOI, FAR and SAR) and filter by Occupancy.

Based on the name of the plot, you can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace.

Based on the area type, you can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace.
