Exporting Frilo disc data

Module(s): Frilo Disc

You can use the Export Frilo Disc Data tool to save architectural components in an ASCII file. The geometric data of this file can then be imported as a basis for calculations into the FE program for discs provided by Nemetschek Frilo GmbH.

To save architectural components in an ASCII file

  1. Click Export Frilo Disc Data (How).
  2. Select the architectural components to be transferred.
  3. Specify the path and file name.

Note: The geometric data is only saved when you have selected an architectural wall.

  4. Start the FE program for discs provided by Nemetschek Frilo GmbH and import the geometric data using File - Import - ASCII.

The program creates the system based on the architectural components.

  5. Complete the entries in the FE program and perform the calculation there.
  6. Before you quit the FE program, export the results so that you can import them into Allplan using the Import FEA Files tool.
