Bending Machine

Module(s): Bar Reinforcement + BAMTEC

You can use the Bending Machine tool to save reinforcement and bending information to an ASCII file. The data can then be transferred to a task setup program for bending machines. The file format is compatible with the BVBS reinforcement interface guidelines.

To set up data for bending machines

1. Click Bending Machine (How).
   

   Activate Bending Machine in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Bar Reinforcement/BAMTEC

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Bar Reinforcement

   BAMTEC

   • Configuration: Engineering Display flyout
2. Define the file and the complementary information on the data for the bending machine.
3. Click Next to create the file.
