General information on HALFEN-DEHA punching shear reinforcement

You can use this module to transfer the existing geometry and, if necessary, the required structural reinforcement from the CAD system to HALFEN DEHA’s calculation program, which analyzes punching shear after you have entered all the necessary data. You can then re-import the results into the CAD system and place the required studrails as fixtures. The fixtures placed can be labeled and listed in a report later.

You can use intelligent smart fixture symbols, which are associated with the article master data, for graphical, on-screen display and analyses in lists/schedules.

Creating a data record

Specify a reference point at which you want to calculate punching shear. Allplan creates a data record in which the reference point specified is the origin of a local coordinate system.
Then Allplan scans a specific area defined around this point for data that is required for calculating punching shear (e.g. openings, slab edges, columns, supporting forces and reinforcement results of FEA calculations, ...) and saves this data in a file.

Note: If you perform an additional calculation for a punching point you have already calculated, Allplan will not automatically update existing reinforcement contour lines and FEA reinforcement color images when you import the results again.
In this case, you need to delete the contour lines and display them again using the Reinforcement Contours tool. In addition, open the FEA Reinforcement Color Image tool, set the Update Display option to Off and create the color images again.
