Clear Association between Scanned Images and Drawing Files

Module(s): Scan

Besides using the Clear Link tool, the following option is available for clearing scanned image references:

To clear the association between a scanned image and a drawing file

1. Click Link with Scanned Image (How).
   

   Activate Link with Scanned Image in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Scan

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Scan

2. In the Link with Scanned Image dialog box, click Off.
3. Click OK to confirm the settings.

   The scanned image is no longer associated with the drawing file.
