Window Then Region

Module(s): Detailing

You can use the Window Then Region tool to define the size of the detailing window first, followed by the region to be displayed inside the window.

To create a detailing window and then its region

1. Click Window Then Region (How).
   

   Activate Window Then Region in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Views, Details Detailing

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Detailing

2. Set the parameters.
3. Define the size of the detailing window by entering two diagonally opposite points.

   The region that you can now zoom is attached to the crosshairs.

4. Select the region you want to view in detail by positioning the window over it.
