Perpendic. Bisector

You can use the Perpendic. Bisector tool to draw a perpendicular bisector.

To draw a perpendicular bisector

1. Click Perpendic. Bisector (How).
   

   Activate Perpendic. Bisector in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Draft

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Draft

2. Click the line.
3. Define the perpendicular bisector in one of the following ways:
   • Place a point to define the height of the perpendicular bisector.
     

     • Click the point.
     • Align to points using the linear snap function and click the point.
     • Define the point by making entries in the dialog line.

     Tip: The shortcut menu and dialog line provide tools and options to assist you in the process of entering points. For more information, see Tools and Options.

   • Specify the length and then the direction.
