You can use the on-screen calculator to perform standard arithmetic calculations. The calculator can be operated with the mouse but you can also make your entries at the keyboard. The maximum value range of the display is 14 leading zeros and 11trailing zeros.
The calculator is a transparent tool; this means that you can activate the calculator while another tool is active. When the system expects you to enter a value in the dialog line, you can enter it using the calculator. Click OK and the value is transferred to the dialog line.
You can access the 
Measure tool straight from the calculator by clicking 
. Measure the length of a line, for example, and then transfer the results you obtain into the calculator.
