Structure of palette

Tool(s): Circular Reinforcement

By default, the Circular Reinforcement palette consists of five sections. You can customize the sections in the middle.

Reinforcement type

You can select one of the reinforcement types in the list box at the top. Click to open a dialog box, in which all reinforcement types are displayed graphically.

Graphics

The currently selected reinforcement type is displayed in the graphics area. You can click the geometric parameters shown graphically in order to define them. The parameter area updates immediately to reflect your entries.

Parameters

You can define general mark properties and bending shape-specific parameters for circular and spiral reinforcement.
Circular reinforcement provides a second tab where you can define parameters for the placement.

You can enter, select, calculate or match parameter values. Use the check boxes to define optional parameters.

Additional information on the parameter to be defined is displayed.

Action bar

You can use the tools in this area to load settings saved as favorites and to save settings as favorites.
