Tool(s): Hatching
You can set the following parameters in the Hatching dialog box:
Hatching area
Select the hatching you want to use. Click the hatching you want to use or enter its number and press ENTER to confirm.

Line spacing area
You can specify how the spacing between hatching lines is to behave with different reference scales.
Constant in plan, as set in defaults
When you activate this option, the spacing between hatching lines remains constant, regardless of the scale (e.g., the spacing between hatching lines in the plan is always 2mm). The spacing is based on the setting made in the hatching defaults.
Adjust to scale in plan - reference scale based on defaults
When you activate this option, the spacing between the hatching lines will change in accordance with the value set for Reference scale for adjusting line spacing so that it is true to scale in the defaults.
Direction, color area
Angle
You can enter an angle between -180 and 180 degrees.
Background color
When you activate this check box, a background color is applied to the area with the hatching. Clicking the button displays the Select RGB Color dialog box where you can select a color.
Select side
When you enable this check box, you can select a side of the polyline entered that is to serve as the hatching's baseline instead of the screen coordinate system.
Reference point area
Origin
When you activate this option, the hatching is calculated from the origin.
Custom point
When you activate this option, the dialog box closes temporarily, and you can select a point from which the hatching is calculated.
