Opening a favorite file while entering parameters

Open/save favorite file

This opens a favorite file that you saved. You can access this while the Properties dialog box is open. The parameters are entered in the dialog box and can also be modified here.

To open a favorite file while entering parameters

1. Click a tool for creating architectural elements (e.g., Wall, Column or Slab).
2. Click Properties.
3. Click Open Favorite File, set the path and select a file and click Open.

   Tip: In the case of some architectural elements (e.g. Wall), you can select from the favorites you have used most recently. To do this, a quick selection is available near the bottom of the Properties dialog box.

4. The parameters that you saved as a favorite file are entered in the Properties dialog box and can be modified if required.

   Note: The layer which was active when you saved the favorite file is also activated.
