Clear the Intersect architectural elements despite different height settings check box if you want to prevent architectural elements (of the same component group) with different height settings for the bottom level from intersecting.

If you select this option, all architectural elements of the same component group intersect, regardless of whether the height of the bottom level differs or not. In this case, the slab in the upper floor will cut a 'hole' in the top slab on the ground floor if both are on the same document and overlap.
