Delta offset for bottom level

The sill height is always based on the difference in height between the bottom level of the opening and the bottom level of the architectural element. However, you may want to take the floor covering into account, in which case you should use this function. Enter a value to be added to the value for the height of the architectural element (Delta offset (bottom)).
