Delete label styles, legends

Tool(s): Manage Label Styles, Legends

To delete files or individual label styles or legends

1. Click Manage Label Styles, Legends (How).
   

   Activate Manage Label Styles, Legends in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

2. Specify whether Legends or Label styles are to be deleted.
3. Specify the path (Office, Private, External path or Project).

   Note: Data in the Default folder cannot be deleted.

4. Specify what is to be deleted:
   • If you are deleting entire files, click File in the top part of the dialog box.
   • If you are deleting individual entries of a file, click Legends or Label styles in the top part of the dialog box.
5. Select the entry/entries you want to delete.
6. Click Delete.
7. Acknowledge the confirmation prompt.
