Copy label styles, legends

Tool(s): Manage Label Styles, Legends

To copy files or individual label styles or legends

1. Click Manage Label Styles, Legends (How).
   

   Activate Manage Label Styles, Legends in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

2. Specify whether Legends or Label styles are to be copied.
3. Specify the source path (Default, Office, Private, External path or Project).
4. Specify what is to be copied:
   • If you are copying entire files, click File in the top part of the dialog box.
   • If you are copying individual entries of a file, click Legends or Label styles in the top part of the dialog box.
5. Click the entries you want to copy.
6. Click Copy.
7. Specify the destination for the copy operation (Office, Private, External path or Project).
8. Click the copy destination and specify the number of destination entries:
   • If you want the files or entries in the destination folder to have the same spacing between them, simply click Run to begin with, then enter the number of the first file or entry in the destination folder.
   • If you want to copy the files and entries so that they are numbered consecutively, select the first number in the destination list in the dialog box and then click Run.
   • If you want to copy the files and entries to a specific range of destination numbers, select the required number of destination entries in the dialog box and then click Run.
