Add sub-list

Tool(s): Define Legend

Before you can integrate a sub-list into a legend, you need to define it first, like any other legend. As opposed to main legends, sub-lists have no header.

To add a sub-list to a main legend or sub-list

1. Click Define Legend (How).
   

   Activate Define Legend in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

2. On the Define Legend Context toolbar, click Sub Ls (Add Sublist).
3. Select the list.
