Defining a row

Tool(s): Define Legend

A row is a dynamic legend element. Legend rows contain all the cells that are to list the contents of a drawing file. A row consists of any number of cells which contain all the relevant values after the drawing file/s has/have been analyzed. The cells are displayed as rows or columns.

A row may also contain text and division lines. The specified region is handled as a block.

To define legend rows

  1. Click Define Legend (How).
  2. On the Define Legend Context toolbar, click Row (Define Legend Row).
  3. Select the relevant cells.
  4. Enter the line spacing.
The line feed is calculated automatically when the preview is simply positioned somewhere in the workspace.

Note: Graphics cells do not need to be taken into account when defining the line spacing. The line spacing is adjusted automatically.

Note: A legend can only be created when at least one legend row has been defined.
