Copying legends and label styles (example)

To copy individual legends

1. Click Manage Label Styles, Legends (How).
   

   Activate Manage Label Styles, Legends in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

2. In the Manage Label Styles, Legends dialog box, click Legends.
3. In the Legends dialog box, select the Legends option at the top to copy individual legends.
4. Select the path in the Source folder area: Office, External path or Default.
5. In the File area, select the file containing the legend you want to copy.
6. In the Legends area, select the legend you want to copy.
7. Click Copy.
8. In the new Legends dialog box, click Office in the Destination folder area.
9. In the File area, click the destination file to which the legend is to be copied.
   It is advisable to select the file with the same number and name as the source file in the Office folder.
10. Select an unassigned number in the Legends area.
11. Click Run.
12. If the destination file contains a legend with the same name, you can now enter a new name.

Note: Individual label styles can be copied in the same manner.
