Copying an entire file

Copying legends and label styles (example)

To copy a complete file

1. Click Manage Label Styles, Legends (How).
   

   Activate Manage Label Styles, Legends in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Templates: Reports, Legends, Labels

2. In the Manage Label Styles, Legends dialog box, click Legends.
3. In the Lists dialog box, switch to File in order to copy the legends in a single operation.
4. In the Source folder area, click Defaults.

   The existing legends are displayed in the File area.

5. Click line 7 Title blocks.

   It is highlighted.

6. Click Copy.
7. In the new Legends dialog box, click Office in the Destination folder area. In the File area, select line 7.
8. Click Run.

All the selected legends are copied from the default folder to the office folder.

Note: You can use this approach to copy any file – not just the title blocks file.

Note: If you have already created legends for title blocks in the office folder, you need have to copy the individual legends to the office folder.
