To enter selection criteria, do the following:

• click the Object=, Trade= and Attribute... buttons in the dialog box and the buttons in the Boolean, Operators and Numbers areas.
• When you click the Criterion field, you can make entries via the keyboard.
• Click Save Favorite File to save the current settings as a favorite file.
  Click Open Favorite File to retrieve saved settings later and adjust them, if necessary.
• You can delete the entry you have made in the Criterion field by clicking Delete.

Examples

To find all the surfaces to the west and east: (use Attribute...)

ORIENTATION=90|ORIENTATION=270

The criterion is met when the condition before or after the | is true.

To find all surfaces to the north at an angle of 30 degrees (use Attribute...)

ORIENTATION=180&ANGLE<30

The criterion is met when the condition both before and after the & is true.

Note: The Orientation attribute is saved as an angle and not as text by the system.

The orientation attribute is saved as an angle and not as text by the system.
The following angles are assigned to the cardinal points:

South	0.00 degrees
West	90.00 degrees
North	180.00 degrees
East	270.00 degrees
None	360.00 degrees
