Editing an existing catalog

Tool(s): Catalog Selection

To edit a catalog

1. In the tree structure, click the catalog you want to edit with the right mouse button.
2. Click a tool.
   • Click Cut to remove the entire catalog and to copy all its entries to the Clipboard.
   • Click Copy to copy all the entries in the catalog to the Clipboard.
   • Click Paste to insert the entries you have copied to the Clipboard.
   • Click Delete to delete the entire catalog. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt if you want to delete the catalog.
   • Click Rename to change the name of the catalog. Enter a new name and/or description for the catalog and click OK.
