Assigning entries to catalog

To assign entries to a catalog

  1. In the tree structure, click the catalog from which you want to use entries.
  2. Select symbols in the graphics area.
    Select these symbols as you would in any Windows application.
  3. Right-click a selected symbol and then click a tool.
  4. In the tree-structure, right-click the catalog to which you want to add the entries.
  5. Click Paste.

    The entries are added to the end of the catalog.

    Note: If you want to insert the entries at a specific position in the catalog, right-click the corresponding symbol in the graphics area and select Insert. The entries are inserted before the selected symbol.
    Cutting and Pasting symbols within a catalog changes the sequence in which the symbols are displayed.

Note: You can also move and copy symbols by dragging and dropping them.
