Using component groups for the reinforcement of specific components, you can create bending shapes and their placements in a single step. You can define the necessary boundary conditions such as concrete cover, bar diameter, bar length and spacing using a component-specific dialog box and a general-purpose context toolbar.

As soon as the FF Component tool detects an appropriate component geometry, the reinforcement will expand to adapt to the outline. Now you can still modify the reinforcement parameters using the shortcut menu or you can adjust the reinforcement using handles.

Note: Some placing options require a three-dimensional outline.
