Allplan currently offers the following fixtures, which are presented for selection in country-specific catalogs:
- PEIKKO® Anchor Plates of the JPL, SBKL and KL type allow you to join components made of steel, reinforced concrete or wood with a reinforced concrete structure. When formwork is applied, the anchor plate is fixed to the reinforced concrete component in the position you specify and encased in concrete.
The components and the anchor plate are usually welded together. - PEIKKO® PSB Punching Shear Reinforcement consists of double-headed bolts made of BSt 500 S reinforcing bars with heads on both sides. To secure the position of these heads, they are tack welded to bars made of reinforcing steel or structural steel.
Punching shear reinforcement is used in column areas of pointwise supported plates. - PEIKKO® Column Shoes of the HPKM and PEC type are fasteners facilitating flexurally rigid or flexible connections of columns and column splices in reinforced concrete construction and precast units construction. When formwork is applied, the columns shoes are fixed to the column in the position you specify and encased in concrete.
When the column is set up, nuts are used to connect the column shoes with the anchor bolts of the substructure (frictional connection).
Then formwork is applied and mortar is used to fill the joint between the bottom of the column and the substructure as well as the recess within the column. - PEIKKO® PSK Wall Shoes are fasteners guaranteeing tensile strength for connections of precast wall units. When formwork is applied, the wall shoes are fixed to the wall in the position you specify and encased in concrete.
When the wall is set up, nuts are used to connect the wall shoes with the anchor bolts of the substructure (frictional connection).
Then formwork is applied and mortar is used to fill the joint between the bottom of the wall and the substructure as well as the recess within the wall. - PEIKKO® RBC Beam Shoes are fasteners facilitating flexurally rigid corners of frames in reinforced concrete construction and precast units construction. When formwork is applied, the beam shoes are fixed to the beam in the position you specify and encased in concrete.
When the beam is set up, nuts are used to connect the beam shoes with the anchor bolts of the column (frictional connection).
Then formwork is applied and mortar is used to fill the joint between the rear edge of the beam and the column as well as the recess within the beam. - PEIKKO® Anchor Bolts of the HPM and PPM type are used to anchor bolted connections in reinforced concrete construction, steel construction and timber construction. When formwork is applied, the anchor bolts are fixed to the reinforced concrete structure in the position you specify and encased in concrete.
