Labeling the height of a (composite) element

Tool(s): Label

You can use the Label (Height) tool to label a composite element used to represent a gradient. The composite element has to consist of lines and circles. The slope, tangent and pitch value are labeled.

To label a composite element used to represent a gradient

  1. Click Label (How).
  2. In the input options, click Height.
  3. Click the composite element.
  4. Enter the scale factor with which the composite element was drawn in the dialog line

    The composite element is labeled.

Note: The offset between the new contour line and the composite element is set using the Lb Off parameter in Modify Composite Element.
