Clear Resources

You can use the Clear Resources tool to remove unused resources from NDW-format files. The process of deleting all the elements that are associated with a certain resource from a NDW-format file may result in unused resources.

This tool considerably reduces the size of NDW-format files.

Note: The Clear Resources tool is only available when you have activated Tools – Defaults from a NDW-format file.

To remove unused resources from a NDW file

1. On the Tools menu, click Defaults.
2. Click Clear resources.

   All the resources that are not used in the current NDW file are listed in a dialog box.

3. Select the resources you want to delete (by default, all resources are activated), click and then OK.
