Defaults

You can use this tool to enter information (your company address, for example). Four lines are available. In addition, you can select a bitmap file as the logo. The logo and the four lines will appear in the headers/footers of reports.

Reports are used for analyzing data in Allplan. They are saved as templates in RDLC format.

Reports can be printed, placed as PDF files in documents and exported to Excel and other formats.
You can change the layout of reports and save the result as a new template.

Tip: A ratio between the height and the width of 1:2.3 produces good results for logos.

Note: The Office name and address tool is not available in student and trial versions.

Note: In a workgroup environment you require Allplan administrator privileges to define the Office name and address.

To enter the office name and address

• Save the logo of your company as a bitmap file in any folder. You can use the following formats: *.png, *.jpg and *.bmp.
  Make sure that you do not change the logo or folder inadvertently.

1. On the Tools menu, click Defaults.
2. Click Office name and address.
3. Enter the Office name and Office address.
4. Enter theTelephone number, office and Email, number.
5. Select the folder and file for the logo and click Open.
