Listing, activating reference drawing files

When you create views and sections across drawing files, various operations (e.g., copying or moving data) require that the linked reference drawing files are active. You can use the shortcut menu of a drawing file in the fileset structure and in the building structure to list these reference drawing files or to set them to active or passive. Reference drawing files and drawing files containing references are marked with a paper clip in the third column.
