Saving settings for print preview

Tool(s): Print Preview

The program saves the settings for print preview to a file in *.ppv format. When you open the palette, the program uses the most recent *.ppv file.

To save print preview settings

1. Click Print Preview (How).
   

   Activate Print Preview in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: File
   • Toolbar: Default
2. Specify settings in the 'Print Preview' palette.
3. Click Print or Close at the bottom of the palette to save the settings to the current *.ppv file.

   Or:

   Click Save as a favorite and specify the name of the file and the folder.

   The program saves the settings in the Margins and Display of elements areas to the *.ppv file.
