Legends, reports and labels

Allplan provides various legends and reports. In general, when creating legends and reports, you should make sure that identical area types are always displayed in the same way. This way, you can check that all the surfaces are assigned correctly to a legend. In addition; you can ensure that the legends and reports in your office have a uniform appearance.

As an aid to orientation, you can create labels with the attributes for all envelope surfaces during definition or later.

Note: Reports always include the status that was current when you created the schedule in question. As, in contrast to labeling, any changes you make later are not automatically taken into account, you should leave reports until you are finished with the definition of areas.
Legends, however, can be created in an associative way. Consequently, any changes you make to the document are automatically included in the relevant legend.
