Representation

You can use this option to control how the meshes are displayed in the cutting diagram. This option also defines how the mesh weight is output. The following settings are available:

Gross: only entire meshes are displayed. The list includes the weight of the meshes placed (gross weight). The meshes are arranged by type.

Net: only the mesh sections placed are displayed. The list includes the weight of the meshes placed (net weight). The meshes are arranged by type and length.
The latter is not included in the Swiss mesh cutting diagram.

Gross/net: as with the Gross setting. In addition to the gross weight, the list also includes the net weight. The meshes are arranged by type. Different length values are not taken into account.
The mesh cutting diagram for Switzerland only includes the gross weight.

Note: This setting has no effect on Excess Mesh Placement. The gross setting is always used when you place excess mesh.

Distribution

You can use this option to specify whether mesh sections are cut out of meshes in a longitudinal or transverse direction.

Bent-up meshes and spacers

Using this option, you can specify whether bent-up meshes and spacers are placed on different pages when you create mesh cutting diagrams using the Mesh Reports tool.

Place table for total weight on separate page

You can define how the diagram is output.

On: a list with totals for all the wire meshes is provided on a separate page in addition to the tables on the individual pages.

Off: a table is included on each page for the wire meshes displayed on it.

Note: This setting has no effect on Excess Mesh Placement. A table is not generated when you place excess mesh.

Number of rows, columns

Enter the number of rows and columns for displaying the wire meshes.

Excess

You can define how the gross mesh dimensions are displayed by selecting the pen thickness, line type and line color.

Text height, width for headings of page

You can use the Text height and Text width parameters to control the size of the mesh identifiers.
Enter the height and width for the mesh identifiers in these boxes.

Text height, width for labels of mesh sections

You can use the Text height and Text width parameters to control the size of text for mesh sections.
Enter the height and width of the label for mesh sections that arise in the cutting diagram.

Text height, width for text in lists

You can use the Text height and Text width parameters to control the size of the diagram text.
Enter the height and width for text in the table of quantities.

Note: This setting has no effect on Excess Mesh Placement. A table is not generated when you place excess mesh.
