Mesh End Marks

Module(s): Mesh Reinforcement

You can use the Mesh End Marks tool to show the longitudinal and cross bars in meshes.

To show the bars in a mesh

1. Click Mesh End Marks (How).
   

   Activate Mesh End Marks in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Mesh Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Mesh Reinforcement

   • Configuration: Engineering Display flyout
2. Select a mesh.
3. Specify in the Input options whether the longitudinal bars in the mesh are to be displayed at bottom or top.
4. Click the edge of the mesh where the mark is to be placed (if you failed to identify the edge when you selected the mesh).
5. Specify the drop-in point.
   

Note: When you activate the Show Single Bars tool, the mesh end marks are lost.
